- Polyaspartic patio and outdoor surface coatings
- Concrete cleaning and restoration services
- Color flake, metallic, and solid coating systems
All services are subject to site evaluation, material availability, and weather conditions appropriate for Arizona’s desert climate.

You may use our website to:

- Estimates and Quotes
Free Estimates
We provide free, no-obligation estimates for residential and commercial projects. Estimates are:
- Valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Subject to site inspection confirmation
- Based on information provided and site conditions observed
- Not binding until a formal contract is executed
Pricing
Quoted prices may change if:
- Site conditions differ from initial assessment
- Customer requests scope changes
- Material costs increase significantly
- Additional preparation work is required
- Arizona weather conditions delay installation beyond 60 days
- Contracts and Project Agreements
Written Agreements
All projects require a signed contract specifying:
- Scope of work and materials to be used
- Project timeline and completion expectations
- Total cost, payment terms, and deposit requirements
- Warranty coverage and terms
- Change order procedures
Payment Terms
Standard payment structure:
- Deposit required to schedule work (amount specified in contract)
- Progress payments for large commercial projects
- Final payment due upon project completion and customer approval
- Accepted payment methods: check, credit/debit card, financing options
Financing
Third-party financing may be available subject to credit approval. Financing terms are provided by the lender, not Floor Kings. We are not responsible for financing approval or denial.
- Project Execution
Scheduling
We schedule projects based on:
- Arizona weather conditions (temperature, monsoon season, extreme heat)
- Material availability and curing requirements
- Crew availability and project queue
- Customer availability and site access
Site Preparation
Customer responsibilities before project start:
- Clear work area of vehicles, equipment, and belongings
- Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are accessible
- Provide safe access to work areas
- Inform us of any subsurface concerns (plumbing, electrical, existing damage)
Weather-Related Delays
Arizona’s extreme climate may require rescheduling:
- Temperatures outside optimal application range (below 50°F or above 110°F)
- Monsoon conditions or unexpected precipitation
- High winds affecting dust control for outdoor projects
We will work with you to reschedule at the earliest opportunity. Weather delays do not constitute breach of contract.
- Warranties
Manufacturer Warranties
Floor Kings uses professional-grade materials backed by manufacturer warranties covering defects in materials. Specific warranty terms vary by product and are detailed in your project contract.
Workmanship Warranty
We warrant our installation workmanship against defects for the period specified in your contract, typically:
- Adhesion failures not caused by substrate issues
- Delamination due to improper installation
- Coating failure under normal use conditions
Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover:
- Damage from improper cleaning or maintenance
- Substrate failure (concrete cracking, settling, moisture intrusion)
- Chemical spills or harsh solvents left on surface
- Impact damage from dropped objects or heavy equipment
- UV exposure beyond normal Arizona sunlight (requires UV-stable products)
- Modifications by unauthorized parties
- Failure to follow maintenance guidelines
- Normal wear in high-traffic commercial areas
Warranty Claims
To maintain warranty coverage:
- Follow provided care and maintenance instructions
- Report issues within 30 days of discovery
- Allow Floor Kings to inspect and assess reported issues
- Do not attempt repairs by third parties without our approval
- Liability Limitations
Service Limitations
Floor Kings is not liable for:
- Delays beyond our reasonable control (weather, material shortages, utility issues)
- Subsurface conditions not discoverable during normal site inspection
- Existing structural or moisture issues with customer’s property
- Damage to property caused by customer’s failure to clear work areas
- Losses from business interruption during commercial projects
Damage Claims
Claims for property damage must be:
- Reported in writing within 7 days of occurrence
- Supported by photographic evidence
- Related to our work activities and not pre-existing conditions
Maximum liability for approved claims is limited to the contract value of the project.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control: natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, government restrictions, material supply chain failures, or other unforeseeable events.
- Customer Responsibilities
Accurate Information
You agree to provide:
- Truthful information about property conditions
- Accurate square footage and project specifications
- Disclosure of any known substrate or moisture issues
- Timely communication regarding schedule changes
Property Access
You must provide:
- Safe access to work areas during scheduled times
- Adequate ventilation for indoor applications
- Parking for crew vehicles near work site
- Utilities necessary for project completion
Final Inspection
You agree to:
- Conduct final walkthrough upon project completion
- Identify any concerns before crew departure
- Provide written acceptance or detailed issue list
- Make final payment upon satisfactory completion
- Cancellation and Refunds
Customer Cancellation
- More than 14 days before scheduled start: Full deposit refund minus $150 administrative fee
- 7-14 days before start: 50% deposit refund
- Less than 7 days before start: No refund (materials ordered, schedule committed)
- After project start: No refund for completed work; remaining balance adjusted for incomplete work
Floor Kings Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel projects if:
- Site conditions present safety hazards
- Customer misrepresented property conditions
- Customer fails to meet payment obligations
- Weather or material issues prevent quality installation
Full deposit refunded if we cancel after accepting the project.
- Dispute Resolution
Good Faith Resolution

Mediation
If direct resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Mediation costs split equally.
Arizona Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Arizona law. Any legal disputes will be resolved in Arizona courts with jurisdiction over Floor Kings’ primary business location.
ROC Complaints
Floor Kings operates under Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) licensing. Unresolved complaints may be filed with the ROC.
- Privacy and Communications
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.
- Professional Standards
Floor Kings maintains:
- Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) licensing
- General liability insurance
- Workers’ compensation coverage (as required)
- Ongoing training in Arizona-specific application requirements
- Promotional Materials
We may photograph projects for marketing purposes. If you prefer your project not be featured in our marketing materials, notify us in writing before project start.
- Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party services for:
- Payment processing
- Appointment scheduling
- Customer communications
- Analytics and performance monitoring
These services have their own terms of use and privacy policies.
- Modifications to Terms
Floor Kings reserves the right to update these Terms to reflect:
- Changes in services offered
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Industry best practices
- Customer feedback and operational improvements
Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
- Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

These Terms, together with your project contract and our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Floor Kings regarding website use and services.
